They are apartment structures, and under-developed lots that could support them, close to Metro. More affordable detached housing and townhomes also are available. They are in greenfield developments farther out. Seeking change is not unreasonable. Seeking change to benefit yourself at the significant expense of others, though, is so.[/quote]
