Tell all of your neighbors to email the county in opposition, establish a protective covenant with your neighbors, and start looking for a highly qualified land use attorney to use for crowdfunded lawsuit requesting an immediate injunction of zoning changes pass, until resolution of the lawsuit. Thanks. We can certainly email the council. The other options take money, which is a far heavier lift. We're the little guys in this scenario, which is why the council and developers think they can steamroll us. [/quote]
