Depends on what you are measuring. The rankings app says that on average ECRL teams are stronger. But why does that even matter? Nothing is being "diluted".  This is just an ECNL parent scare tactic.

The same top GA teams win and the same top GA players get recruited. However now there's more clubs participating in showcases, events, etc which allows recruiters to check out more players all at the same time/location.[/quote]
