The tracker doesn't lie ECRL > GA
Depends on what you are measuring. The rankings app says that on average ECRL teams are stronger. But why does that even matter? Let’s face it, if you are playing on a national league like GA then your primary concern is college recruiting. And in that measure it’s no contest. GA has like 25% of college players vs maybe 2% ECRL. The reason being that GA events right now attract a much much larger group of college coaches. That may change down the road but can’t dispute the way it is right now
This is really strange logic. GA currently gets scouts therefore they can dilute the product and the scouts won't ever realize that a different league has more talent and shift their focus because...?
Nothing is being "diluted". This is just an ECNL parent scare tactic. The same top GA teams win and the same top GA players get recruited. However now there's more clubs participating in showcases, events, etc which allows recruiters to check out more players all at the same time/location.
Considering the fracturing of FCV please tell us the top local GA club that will attract college coaches in the way that TopHat or old FCV would have?
