This is NOT a complete quarantine. Cuomo is all over saying that. This means -- schools are closed + no large gatherings allowed (I imagine that means religious services as well) + National Guard is brought in and is putting up a testing site right there so people from New Rochelle aren't traveling to drs/hospitals in surrounding towns. But Cuomo is clarifying that you can get in your car and go where you want to go but you can't gather in crowds.

Not trying to start anything but why do you say ultra-religious don't listen -- i.e. they'll still have services and gather (though I'd imagine in private homes) after being told not to? Not picking on any religious community, I've seen it in my faith also where it comes down to -- what does gov't/authority know, they don't have faith like us . . . .[/quote]
