The report also highlights Noel’s unexplained cash deposits, Zelle payments, and her early‑morning Google searches for “latest on Epstein in jail” roughly 40 minutes before Epstein was found.

Layered together with longstanding forensic disputes, Epstein’s multiple larynx fractures and eye hemorrhages, which Dr. Michael Baden argues are more consistent with strangulation than suicide, the inmate’s account intensifies the contradictions in the official narrative. DOJ maintains that no inmates with line‑of‑sight saw anyone enter Epstein’s cell and that the death was a suicide. But the combination of alleged guard remarks, financial anomalies, digital behavior, and medical inconsistencies creates a sharper tension between the government’s conclusions and the unresolved questions that continue to surround Epstein’s final hours.
