I’m sure.

But courts tend to evaluate all the evidence, and the various angles of the videos paint a more complicated picture than what any one witness (or even multiple witnesses) could have possibly seen from their limited vantage point.

All I’m saying is cnn has posted a number of things providing an analysis that points to gray areas rather than a clear cut case. And courts tend to evaluate the entire situation and err on the side of not overreacting when it comes to law enforcement.

This most certainly is not the same situation as George Floyd.

FTR, I’m a lefty liberal who doesn’t support anything this administration is doing…but I think CNN’s coverage/analysis is seeking to depoliticize the incident and highlight the complexity of the situation through the lens of the law, policy, and judgment. [/quote]
