My brother was killed in a shocking way in his 30s and I did not cry when I heard about it, or at the funeral. It was too unbelievable. I assume as soon as you lost him you didn’t immediately turn to fundraising efforts and immediately start selling merch. Speculation about Erica and her motives are totally warranted here.
