I think her wanting him to retire is pretty reasonable. He's talked about how hard it was missing important milestones and activities with them. By the time he did retire she had already met the trainer and made her choice. I don't think she used it to cover for her cheating. [/quote]

She should’ve picked someone who wasn’t a hired caregiver to her kids. This was incredibly damaging. When dads start sleeping with the nanny, it’s similarly traumatizing for the family

She also broke up the relationship between her kids + Tom’s kid with Bridget Moynihan. The two boys are very close in age.
