Unreal. fwiw I live in one of the areas perceived as prestigious and let me tell you the way i think of it based on empirical data is legalized prostitution and ppl with generational wealth gotten by unknown means. Would love to see a ranking based on character, work ethic, virtues around inclusion, etc[/quote]
