Plenty.  But it's not without problems.  The UK replaces gun crime with chavs armed with knives.  And they all live on top of each other.  Knife crime is really bad in countries that lack guns.  Knives kill fewer people, I suppose.  Really, the question you should be asking is where can you go where mental health is treated and its associated impact is low.  Canada? Finland? Netherlands?  I really don't know - but those countries are doing it better than we are and they have very different gun laws - better health services though.[/quote]

I had a Canadian boyfriend when I was younger. When I visited his hometown, he warned me that I might experience racism or at least stares, which surprised me. I’m Latina and that wasn’t something I would have expected and definitely had not experienced at home. He was from Ontario so not like someplace more remote like Yellowknife.[/quote]
Can confirm. Pre-Covid I was traveling to Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec City, and the London areas for work, there for weeks at a time, and I was shocked by how segregated and racist each of those very different cities were. [/quote]
