It’s on literally every chat board and it is the biggest wording that they give you about taking these drugs. I’ve been taking them since August and take daily fiber, I tracked my fiber intake through food, I eat several small meals a day there are a mix of grains veggies, and very lean protein, and I have had zero problems. I’m on an extremely low dose and it is finally helping me see results of all my workouts and healthy eating. You have no idea what so many of us have gone through to get to this point. [/quote]
