DC is the only place I’ve ever lived where people routinely get upset when the prospect of enforcing rules and laws comes up. I don’t understand why this is, but this is why we can’t have nice things. I’m not IB for JR but the amount of Maryland plates I see dropping kids off at multiple schools in my neighborhood certainly warrants further attention. [/quote]
