HRC did not go from being an admittedly capable attorney and political strategist with and for her husband to First Lady to Junior Senator from New York (where she had NO ties until she bought a house there), to strong contender for the Democratic nomination to SoS to Democratic nominee because she campaigned well. This was the culmination of 20 years of planning and work. It wasn't a straight-forward "will of the Americans voting in the primaries" situation. It just wasn't.[/quote]
