From what you said, only the fact that you were sleeping with him saved your job last time, given the broader layoffs at the company. Focus your efforts on trying to do a good job to stave off a layoff and/or start looking for a new job. Your conceptions of EE law are way off base and it sounds like you would have no case.[/quote]
