[/quote] I supported Kasich in the primaries, and would have supported Rubio if he'd run as "gang of 8" Rubio rather than doing that hard rightward lurch during the primary. I think part of the reason he was so robotic during the primary may have been that the views he was espousing didn't really come naturally to him, they were too extreme/uncompromising, so he couldn't really back the up beyond his prepared lines. I can't swear I'd vote for him in a future election (it would depend on who he was running against), but I can't swear him off either. If he continues to take these kinds of reasonable approaches to issues, he'll definitely be back on my radar.[/quote]
