Any one of the hundred people that holds that file can decrypt it and upload the whole thing just by receiving the encryption key. That key could be held by any number of other people. Or if they wanted to automate it, they could set up a dead man trigger, where if a certain server or servers goes offline then the file is decrypted and posted online. A computer programmer with very basic knowledge could set this up.[/quote]
