Not the PP but you are right. A state complaint is the right avenue if you've exhausted the escalation points at your school.

We haven't done it, so no advice or feedback.

Thanks. I don't think due process would be appropriate for us, although I'd be happy to be told I'm wrong. We agree about placement and location of services, but the agreed upon iep is not being implemented.[/quote][/quote]
