I've been there for her when her own son wasn't capable of doing anything other than wreaking havoc on her and our family. My father is pretty abusive, even toward my stepmother. However, she's brought out a lot of good in my dad, and I've told her that many times over the years. The picture you're painting is pretty one-sided, and that hasn't been the case in our relationship. This is the first and only time we've had a falling out, which is why I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around her anger at me.[/quote]
