I would have zero problems with that. It's a completely unnecessary nuisance noise, a unique type of situation because they think there is a benefit to them of the noise but it's a nuisance to us. Their relative told us what the noise is and why they are doing it (at first we couldn't figure out what it was or where it was coming from). We can see the unit producing the noise sitting in their yard and I have recorded the noise on many occasions. The noise violates HOA ordinances and I have told them this multiple times.[/quote]
