Is this right?  Can the new company managing the plan make a new policy in the middle of the benefit period that they are only reimbursable under certain circumstances?  I would think that the plan is what it is for the entire year and the policies about what's "eligible" can only change at the open season.  I called and complained but am wondering what else to do.  It's a pain and honestly a bit unfair to have to get a prescription for prenatals![/quote]
