We have one special meal together that is catered (at a hotel or similar), plan activities that the majority of people can participate (hiking) and try to have another cheaper social activity for everyone (bbq at the largest house- everyone brings something to eat). Its a challenge to make it work for all ages but we have found more than 4 days together is too much. [/quote]
