My sleep is much better. I would say 80% improvement! Regarding the risks, yes she will ask you a series of questions about your overall health because obviously there are some women who should not do HRT. I have none of the typical risk factors, so the process was easy. The staff is also excellent, although I must tell you that they do sometimes run late - which is not so atypical for a doctor's office. I think its more the norm actually. So if you can put up with waiting a bit, you'll otherwise have a great experience. [/quote]
