Take a look at the documents and what happens when they pass away. My ILs got suckered in to leaving it to their children. I'm sure the sales guy told them how appreciative the kids would be. Of course no one wanted it and because their names were on the docs it cost $5000 to get rid of the obligation.[/quote]

If it does get passed down (which I think it does), then there are 2 of us children who would be thrilled to use it regularly. And there are grandchildren who are nearing adulthood as well.[/quote]
