We have a mini trampoline and Also an indoor swing. My 10 year old just climbs the walls, literally. I think it's hard to do an indoor climbing thing, given you probably don't have high enough ceilings. I have a friend that has an indoor trapeze bar (from ikea). I think I've seen people install climbing wall type things on the walls of their basements (basically you can just screw random 2x4s into the wall studs, if you do t right), but I'm not sure how much use you'd get out of them, really. Also recommend signing her up for a winter agility, climbing or parkour class.
Literally you need to make sure you have enough cushioning underneath and that climbers or swings are securely attached. I agree with PP try a class at an indoor gym. Climbing may be want she wants but it's just not practical.
