It's actually a pretty good option for an anniversary trip because you can leave your kids in the kids club whenever you want adult time. (They have one or two adult restaurants, depending on the ship, and lots of adult clubs). If your kids are like ours (similar ages) they'll beg to be in the clubs as much as possible. There are definitely Disney characters around but you don't need to meet them if you don't want to. You could alspo pick a trip that has lots of excursions, like Europe and Med cruises. [/quote]
