It cost us $750 to fix this groomers mistake...wouldn't you want to be reimbursed if it were your dog? This is why they have insurance, right? [/quote] I believe that the dog owner consents to the "animals are animals" type of injuries -- something like a miscut of a toenail or a bad haircut or the like. Dog owner does not consent to negligence -- which it appears this was.[/quote]
