They did come, but the amount of time our trash was out had repercussions.  When I went to bring our barrels in, it reaked.  I looked inside, and saw brown liquid on the bottom with maggots swimming around.  I immediately called them back and was told to "buy disinfectant".  I did that, but it didn't help.  The barrel is literally unusable, even after washing out with bleach and water twice.  Each time we call, the rude woman defers to her supervisor who operates by having her voicemail collect the calls.

Has anyone else had problems like this?  If so, how did the get it resolved?[/quote]
