I don't know how many other children your fiancé is around but this is not typical 11 year old behavior. Unfortunately for you OP your hands are tied. You can do what's been suggested other than that of his bio parents won't help him there is nothing you can do. I'm surprised the school hasn't had him evaluated.[/quote]
