We are at the Emory Grove location. Love it! Great staff-very energetic and engaged with the kids. They also have a lot of staff in the room-which is helpful. It was hard for my kids to leave at the end of the day. I know they are opening a new location and are shifting some staff around. We love it and my kids can't wait to go back in August.
Hi PP, OP back - so nice to get some input, thank you! If you don't mind to elaborate, could you mention a bit more? For example, are your kids in the young class (age 2 or 3 yrs), and how large are the class sizes (# teachers per children, usually). Thanks so much, any details are really appreciated!
My kids were in the infant room, 2-3 room and pre school. They all had 3 teachers with the infant room having floaters in and out. They had about 15-18 kids in the older two rooms. They have more staff for after care-a few high school kids come in. They are fabulous! Energetic and engaging with the kids. I don't know many 17 year olds that are ok with the messiness of toilet training, but they were pros with mine. The facility is clean and well cared for. The teachers are great with decorating the room to match the theme. They rotated toys and books regularly so the kids did not become bored. My two year old (now 3) knows her letters, can count to twenty, can identify the amount in a group without counting them, and more. They encourage questioning and don't avoid topics because of age, they simplify. They do science experiments and explore nature on a regular basis. My DD came home messy and sandy on a regular basis! Overall very caring and nurturing staff. I feel very comfortable leaving my kids with them and they are thriving. I'm sad my oldest is moving on!
