If she goes ahead with an indictment (pending FBI recommendation), she is essentially handing the win to the Republicans and costing herself her own job. She really needs to recuse herself. That excuse about not "being briefed" if she steps down shows how stupid the Democrats are hoping we are. Why would she need to be briefed on a case in which she has no role?[/quote]
