The town of Wooster, Ohio is not that small - there are restaurants and other amenities there.

For many families (including mine), a small-town location is a plus.  The logistics of move-in/move-out and visits are very easy, and the COL is low.  A student who goes to school in NY or Boston pays for the experience, independently of tuition, room and board.[/quote]
