With the reasonable man standard as our guide, if Obama did in fact become president by committing perjury (a felony) and in violation of Article II Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution, then he was never legally president. Since there are only two ways of doing anything in America -legally or illegally- his act of illegality would void his entire presidency and everything he did while masquerading as president including Obamacare and his supreme court appointments.

If Obama knew there was legitimate concern about his place of birth, he could have extinguished that concern by immediately releasing a certified copy of his birth certificate and his college transcripts.
