They should say it can but sometimes a kid just has a bad day on CogAT day. My DS got a 111 on CogAT. NNAT was 131 so he was not in pool. We had a WISC done when we saw the NNAT (before CogAT results came in). FSIQ was 145. Submitted it with original packet and got in on first round. Now imagine if I hadn't had the WISC done. I would most likely have not referred or even if I did and was thinking of appealing and thought the WISC would be close to 111, wouldn't have gotten it done. What a missed opportunity. [/quote]
