Are you serious?  That sounds like an invitiation to get robbed.  A Channel bag is between 3 - 5 K on average...I don't want some CL yard sale dweller cold calling me.[/quote]

PP here, I had a couple of 15 year old LV bags and a couple of Hermes scarves that I wasn't using. Made sure my husband was home and the person was a woman and was legit and brought cash. And I appear to still be alive and I wasn't robbed. When the person emailed me they seemed legit and I talked to them extensively on the phone before inviting them over. That was my experience.
