[/quote] Agree you need to work out more efficiently. I used to work out six days a week. I am in much better shape now working out 3 times a week, primarily weightlifting + intervals at the end of my workouts. If I have time I go for a run or something for a fourth day. 3 times a week on the elliptical won't do much for you, but HIIT, lifting, etc., will really give you a lot of bang for your buck. Once or twice a week I work out on my lunch break. I start really early and take a long lunch. Once on the weekends. If I know I won't be able to get a lunchtime workout in, I get up and go to the gym before work.[/quote]
