But at some point, we have to accept that maybe they really are doing their best, and remember the big picture -- APS has had to find seats for an additional thousand kids EVERY SINGLE YEAR FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS. They can't do that and simultaneously keep everyone happy. [/quote]
