I wish staging was $600! That business is on fire, and the prices cost a fortune. OP, you can google Flat Fee MLS and find services that will list you. I had to show a house that was listed FSBO once and on MRIS. But, I'm confused about something. Are you trying to find a buyer directly without an agent so you pay zero commission or would you pay a buyer's agent commission?
