These kids are eligible for financial aid just like all students at the school. If the teacher is the sole wage earner in the household, that child would likely get full tuition covered. If the teacher is married to a big law partner making $1million a year, that child would get no aid. Everything else falls somewhere in the middle where the teachers family would get some aid, but not a full ride. My understanding is that there was a lot of tension among the staff when there was tuition remission because it was a very high value job benefit that only some teachers were eligible for. [/quote]
