Obviously it isn't about skin color, because I'd be living elsewhere, like a tiny condo west of the park (you don't need to move to Wisconsin). I am, however, interested (OMG Every parent is interested, give me a break), in FARMS rates as an indicator of extreme poverty, and of the proportion of resources that the school will generally be able to dedicate to teaching my child versus dealing with all issues related to extreme poverty.
