Outside of ART likely they happen frequently and are assumed to be just a late period. I had two (from the same cycle, a fresh blast and an FET) back to back. Did some testing to rule out any issues and found only a pretty common MTHFR mutation and then only later learned they weren't very good blasts. Next cycle was a success (twins).[/quote]
