It's an expensive hotel, and I feel very uneasy with the situation. Should the hotel be held accountable in any way? I just read their reviews on yelp, and people have been complaining about the issue for quite a while. I don't understand why they designed the wall that way and why they don't inform their guests, especially staying with the kids, about that.[/quote]
