I hear what you are saying but feminism isn't only about girls but also our boys.  I want my son to come to my work place and see a place where women have serious jobs and where my boss and the CEO of my organization are women.  So when he hears "boss" he doesn't think of a man and that "going to the office" isn't only something that dads do.  [/quote]
