I did this with kids those exact ages and it was a really good trip. We were actually at the beach and were evacuated for a hurricane and spontaneously decided to finish our NC beach week at Disney. We stayed off site in a condo and it was nice to have a washer and dryer, especially because I used cloth diapers at the time. My parents went with us which was a huge help but DH and I would have been fine on our own, too. I wore the baby in an Ergo most of the time and surprisingly, there were quite a few rides I could go on with her in the Ergo. Some (Toy Story Mania for one), I had to take her out. I was also nursing and the baby care centers were wonderful for a quiet, cool place to nurse (though I nursed other places, too). Disney was extremely magical for my older daughter at that age. The younger one slept most of the time and is in the Ergo in most of the pictures but the characters would ask older DD questions about her. I remember one of the fairies saying it was her first season. :) Happy to help with any specific questions you have since I've BTDT!
