Are you curious about how to work into arm balancing postures but don't know where to begin? Or are you looking to deepen your arm balancing practice? This workshop will give you the chance to learn the proper stages and techniques for practicing playful arm balances. During this 2-hour journey, we'll work through three families of arm balances with plenty of time to rest, ask questions and restore at the end. You'll be able to return to your regular yoga class feeling more confident in knowing how to move safely and strongly into these poses. Confidence in plank pose and completion of a level 1-2 class recommended.
