We had cancelled the membership when we moved - had paperwork and everything- and then kept getting charged. When the bill came and we called them to sort it out they insisted we hadn't cancelled on time and needed to do another month and/or we had to cancel in person (hard as we'd moved out of state). Kinda makes youwonder why they aren't getting int rouble for this.[/quote]
