Burn the house down. That's my best suggestion.

Then call The Lice Lady.

And comb and comb and comb and comb and check and pick nits and pick nits for weeks.  Because an egg hatches in something like 6 days (hey, everyone, I don't remember and I'm not going to look it up, so don't yell at me if it's 5 or 7 days) so the ones you see now, that you pick out, but you'll miss a few, and you'll miss a louse, which is busy laying eggs, so... . just know it's not a one time treat, comb and ignore.  It's treat, comb, comb, comb and comb and pick every day for a week, then retreat and do the combingand checking and picking every damn day for another week!
