My BCBS did, at 32 - I believe (all, most) Anthem BCBS's now have a policy that cover the tests regardless of mother's age. See here: https://www.anthem.com/medicalpolicies/policies/mp_pw_c150729.htm If yours does not, sometimes there are other risk factors that would qualify you for coverage - the genetic counselor who goes over things with you should be able to detail them though I don't know if they'll always align with insurance (we had a prior heart defect and delays which was enough for the counselor but I'm not sure would have covered it for insurance, prior pregnancy or loss with chromosomal issue would be another, etc). Or you can google to try to find your insurance's policy, like the above. See for example UHC's policy - which lists worrisome ultrasound findings, history of trisomy pregnancy, positive screen or known parental genetic results: https://www.unitedhealthcareonline.com/ccmcontent/ProviderII/UHC/en-US/Assets/ProviderStaticFiles/ProviderStaticFilesPdf/Tools%20and%20Resources/Policies%20and%20Protocols/Medical%20Policies/Medical%20Policies/Noninvasive_Prenatal_Diagnosis_of_Fetal_Aneuploidy.pdf
