I contacted the merchant to let them know and request modification of the charge and also a receipt. They wouldn't respond to emails so I contested it thru visa. [/quote] Have you told Visa that the merchant is contacting you? I would block their number and email. All communication should be going through Visa. You can also provide everything to that state's BBB.[/quote]
