DD is almost 4, potty trained herself, eats literally anything (requests broccoli and spinach salads for dinner), listens ridiculously well and loves to sleep. She's a sweet, compassionate child who is nice to everyone and runs from confrontation. One of her best friends is a difficult child. I feel the need to invent things DD has done so my friend doesn't feel bad about her child.
This post and the one above aren't really getting the concept of a humble brag. You're just bragging...and your kids sound awesome! I don't mind hearing about people's good fortune and lovely children. A true humble brag is typically the special combination of bragging/whining. The humble bragger is either clueless or looking for a back door way to tell you how great they or their offspring are. "I look so young for my age that I never stop getting carded. It's so annoying to have to get my driver's license out at the grocery store!"
