If you move within the county, you can easily get a COSA to stay at the old school for the rest of the year, but you still have to have the COSA. Parents also can't just have their own out of bounds children attend the school where they work. They also need a COSA and "my mom works here" isn't a legit reason, in the eyes of the deciders.[/quote]
